HOW TO FIND CUSTOMERS WITH ADVERTISING
1. Place ad on place mats in coffee shops.
2. Put flyers in customers orders, they earn discount dollars.
3. Place a flyer in local coupon mailers like Value Pack.
4. Go to Pizza parlors and ask them if you can tape your flyers to their pizza boxes.
5. Write a Dear Neighbor letter and send or hang on doors with a copy of your brochure.
6. Leave flyers or posters on telephone booths, use glue stick to paste them up.
7. Use an ad on your sun shield in your parked car.
9. Put up a board sign or stick sign on empty lots near busy intersections.
10. Have relatives, friends, or children wear a button with your ad.
11. Rent a booth at a Health or Bridal fair, and have them fill out a survey or sign up for a free gift.
12. Get a mailing list of new mom's, new home owners etc. Send out a post card ad, brochure or Free Samples.
13. Put up pull tabs at college bulletin boards, and other places with bulletin boards..
14. Leave flyers wherever you go, mall, dressing rooms, restaurants, doctors offices, video store, dentist offices, in books at the library or at bookstores, etc.

13. Let everyone you ever worked with know what you do.
14. Make a goal to give out a certain number of cards per day.
15. Hand out your business card with all transactions each day.
16. Put your card in fish bowls for FREE lunch or other drawings.
17. Get a restaurant to sponsor your drawing.
18. Magnetize your business cards.
19. Use your card as a bookmark in the library books. Leave them in the books when you return your library book.

MORE CUSTOMER IDEAS
1. When recruiting, try to get everyone as a representative, a customer, or a source for referrals.
2. Get some helpers. If you already have some, get at least one more reliable one.
3. Pay a teen in product or $$ to stamp brochures and put them out.
4. Find someone to clean your house once a week and take part or all of payment in product.
5. Are you married/children? Enlist their help in any way possible.
6. Try to concentrate on businesses rather than homes.
7. Give gifts/discounts for pickups at your home. Keep specials and demos on display for them to see.
8. Find some fairs/events to participate in.
9. See that EVERYONE who gets within three feet of you gets a brochure AND is asked whom they know that would like to make some extra money selling Avon.
10. Run a cheap one or two line recruiting ad AND a to buy Avon ad in the local papers at all times.
11. Have a good relationship with your Upline (Tina)? Tell her what your goals are and enlist her help.
12. Put all your customers on Brochure by Mail or bulk mail and have employee to help with this.
13. Invest in PCAVON SmartShop, AV4, or one of the other computer programs out there to cut down on paperwork and looking for best prices.
14. Use the online or fax ordering system and Quik Pay.
15. Keep all Avon monies in a separate Account. This will also cut down on time and bookkeeping.
16. Prioritize your time and set a specific schedule for everything, but be flexible, according to what comes up in any given day.
18. If your office is not organized, get it organized.
19. Get involved in District Meetings Make many friends within your District and form bonds with other reps. Help them in any way you can. Let them know what your goals are and ask for help if needed. Reps in my District know they can call me if they have a question or are shorted a product that I may have, or are short on a few brochures, they have only to call and ask.
20. Always participate in ANY District/Divisional Customer Searches.
21. Always share your goals with every one of your customers.
22. Up the amount of brochures you get by ordering more or getting last Campaigns from the DSM. Make it a goal to finish EVERY CAMPAIGN. with no brochures left over! Again, enlist help to get them out.
23. Put a flyer in every Brochure explaining about helpers, referrals gifts/awards to customers, Fundraisers, and book parties. Rotate the flyers every Campaign. Use BIG labels on the front of your Brochures also for specials or recruitment.

thinking needed.
8. They want to be able to return it with no hassle; a solid / flexible
guarantee.
9. They want it to work perfectly and beyond all expectations.
10. They want to feel good about using it / being a customer of yours.
